We have a rental property that needed a lot of TLC. I mean, a lot! When the tenants moved out, they left the place looking horrible with damages and filth everywhere. So the whole house needed to be painted including baseboards, cabinets, doors, etc. Chris came in confident, pointed out areas of concerns, made recommendations and reassured us he can handle it all.... And he did just that, and more! I did my homework and chose him because he took his time with us and was VERY reasonable with pricing. He went above and beyond helping with replacing knobs, switch plates, vanity lights... the whole nine. He also was kind enough to watched over the house while contractors were coming in and out of the house in those few days he worked since we're out of state.   We just bought our first home and were in desperate need of a paint job. Chris was able to give us a quote over the phone which was very convenient.... read more When he came to the house he was ready to get started. He did our entire downstairs along with the stairway B-E-A-U-TIFULLY. Not only that, but he patched up all the holes, painted and patched up the floor boards, he even noticed some caulking needed to be done in our kitchen and took it upon himself to fix it! He even threw in some door stoppers and helped us fix the keypad to our front door. The type of man that notices something needs to be done & does it. All of this was done for the best price.
