Once their job is finished and paid, we send you $100. Cash, check or Venmo, whichever you prefer.

There is no limit. Refer four neighbors in a year and that is $400 back to you.
Why we run this instead of advertising
A referred customer already trusts us because you did. They do not need to be sold to, they do not shop three quotes out of anxiety, and they are far more likely to be a good fit for the kind of work we do.
That is worth more to a one-man business than any ad we could buy, so we would rather put the money in your pocket and theirs than spend it on clicks.
The terms, in plain English
Short, because there is not much to it.

Questions
Do they have to mention my name?
It helps, but we will ask anyway. The cleanest way is to send us their details through the form above so it is recorded before we ever speak to them.
What if they get a quote and do not go ahead?
Nothing happens and nothing is owed. The $100 is tied to a completed job, not a quote. There is no downside to sending someone our way.
Can I refer a business or a rental property?
Yes. Commercial spaces, rentals and property managers all count, as long as the job meets the $1,000 minimum.
Can I take the $100 off my own next job instead?
Yes, if you would rather. Tell us and we will credit it against your next project instead of paying it out.
