We know these established streets
Green Valley is the 8,400-acre master-plan that started it all — developed by the Greenspun family's American Nevada Corporation and opened in 1978, years before Summerlin broke ground. Framed by Green Valley Parkway, Sunset Road and the I-215 near the Galleria at Sunset, its North and South sections are the valley's original planned neighborhoods: mature, walkable, shaded by decades-old trees, and full of the character newer builds are still trying to imitate.
Because so many Green Valley homes date to the 1980s and 90s, they have their own painting personality — original stucco, older trim, settled foundations, and finishes that have soaked up 30-plus years of desert sun. We've worked across the community's established villages and know how to bring that character back to life: careful prep, the right products for aged stucco, and colors that honor both your home and your HOA's palette.
