Premium interior, exterior & cabinet painting backed by a 5-year warranty.
Three services. Done exceptionally.
Where craftsmanship lives in the details.
Interior Painting
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors and baseboards. Furniture covered, holes filled, edges masked, two coats of Sherwin-Williams. Clean lines and a flawless finish.
Exterior Painting
Stucco, block wall, wood fascia, garage doors, iron and fences. Washed, cracks patched, primed, then two coats of a desert-grade coating built for Nevada sun.
Cabinet Painting
Skip the renovation. Doors come off, everything gets degreased, sanded and primed, then sprayed to a factory-smooth finish. Your kitchen back in days, not weeks.
Four things the other guys do not offer.
The owner paints your house
Two of the biggest painting names in Las Vegas are national franchises. You meet a salesman, then a crew shows up. Here you get me, on site, every day.
A 5-year written warranty
Most painters in this market write two years, or never put a number on it at all. Ours is five, in writing, on workmanship.
A reply in under an hour
Seven days a week. Call or text and you get a real answer, not a contact form that sits until Monday morning.
HOA approval handled for you
Most Las Vegas communities need architectural sign-off before you can change an exterior color, and almost no painter here will touch that paperwork. We prepare and track the submittal as part of the job. See how HOA painting works.
Why a Las Vegas paint job is not like anywhere else.
Painting a house here is a different job than painting one in a mild climate, and most of the difference is invisible until year three.
Sun that never lets up
A west-facing stucco wall bakes all summer, and UV breaks down cheap paint until the color chalks and the film cracks. We use UV-stable coatings, and we never paint a wall that is too hot to touch.
Stucco that moves and cracks
Stucco expands and contracts through big daily temperature swings, so hairline cracks are normal. We patch, texture-match and spot-prime every one instead of painting over it.
Monsoon, dust and timing
Summer storms drive dust and rain into a fresh coat. We schedule exteriors around the weather, and if a storm is coming we stop and cover rather than push to finish.
Five steps. Zero surprises.

Free Estimate
The owner comes out, measures, and listens. Written fixed-price quote within 24 hours. Request your free estimate.
Color Help
Free color consultation on your actual walls. Vegas light is harsh, and a color that reads calm indoors can look completely different outside.
Prep Work
Washed, sanded, holes and cracks filled, bare spots primed. The step cheap bids skip, and the reason one job lasts ten years and another fails in three.
Paint
Two full coats of Sherwin-Williams, matched to the surface and the sun exposure. Sharp lines, and the same owner on site every day.
Walkthrough
We clean up and walk the whole job with you in daylight. You inspect every wall before we collect a dime, then your 5-year warranty starts.

Las Vegas painters homeowners trust.
New Visions Painters has been painting Las Vegas homes since 2011, and it is owner-operated. The person who prices your job is the person who preps it, paints it and walks it with you at the end. No sales rep who disappears after the contract, no rotating crew you have never met inside your house.
Licensed, insured, and backed by a 5-year written warranty on workmanship. We paint with Sherwin-Williams, matched to the surface and the sun exposure. From interior and exterior painting to kitchen cabinets, you get a free color consultation, stucco crack repair before every exterior repaint, and a reply to your call or text in under an hour, seven days a week. Here is why homeowners pick us over a franchise.
Common questions.
How much does it cost to paint a house in Las Vegas?
It depends on square footage, how much prep the surfaces need, and the finish you choose. We come out, measure, and give you a free fixed-price written quote within 24 hours β the number you approve is the number you pay.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Fully licensed and insured in Nevada, and Google Guaranteed. We provide our license and insurance details in writing with your estimate.
How long does a painting project take?
Most single rooms take one to two days. A full interior repaint runs three to five days, exteriors three to six depending on prep, and cabinets three to five. You get an exact timeline with your estimate.
What areas of Las Vegas do you serve?
The whole valley β Summerlin, Henderson, Green Valley, North Las Vegas, Centennial Hills, Anthem, Mountains Edge, Southern Highlands, Seven Hills, Skye Canyon, Spring Valley and Enterprise.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every job carries a 5-year written warranty on workmanship β more than double what most painters here put in writing.
When is the best time of year to paint a house in Las Vegas?
Spring and fall are ideal for exteriors. We paint through summer too, but early in the day, following the shade around the house rather than coating a wall that is too hot. Interiors are fine year round.
How often should I repaint my exterior in Las Vegas?
Most stucco homes need it every seven to ten years when the original job was done right. A thin, cheap job often starts chalking or cracking in three to five. South and west walls always fail first.
Is cabinet painting worth it, or should I replace them?
If the boxes are solid and the layout works, painting wins easily. It takes days instead of weeks, costs a fraction of replacement, and you keep your kitchen usable the whole time.
Do I need HOA approval before painting my house?
In most valley communities, yes β any exterior color change needs architectural approval first. The rules come from your association guidelines, not state law, so they differ neighborhood to neighborhood. We handle the submittal for you.
Who actually does the painting?
The owner. The person who quotes your job preps it, paints it, and walks it with you at the end. No subcontracted crew you have never met.
